Die Wohnungen wurden komplett renoviert und befinden sich in einem eindrucksvollen und renovierten Gebäude mit Lift im Zentrum von Riva del Garda, auf der Piazza III Novembre und wenige schritte vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnungen sind für 2 bis 5 Personen und sind mit TV und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Sie verfügen auch über einen gemeinsamen Abstellraum für Fahräder. Nur einige Meter entfernt sind Restaurants, Internet Point und andere Vertragsvergünstigungen.
