posizione centralissima ma tuttavia molto tranquilla e
con la comodità di tutti i servizi sotto casa, la
Residenza Bella Villa dista pochi passi dal Lago e ca.
500 mt. dalla spiaggia. Tutti gli appartamenti,
ristrutturati secondo le più moderne tecnologie possono
ospitare da 2 a 6 persone, sono completamente arredati e
dispongono di Tv satellitare, riscaldamento ed aria
condizionata, forno e lavastoviglie, video-citofono e
balcone. Completano i servizi della Residenza Bella
Villa un posto auto per ogni appartamento, deposito per

Apartments Bella Villa, in the center of Riva del Garda, were
completely restructured in 2006. The house has 6 apartments
divided on 3 floors and an independent four-room bungalow called
“Villetta”. All are carefully decorated and have different layouts
in which smoking is not allowed. Right in the heart of Riva, in a
central yet quiet area with convenient services nearby, Apartments
Bella Villa are just a short distance from the lake and about 500
meters from the beach. All the apartments, which have been
renovated according to the most modern technologies, can
accommodate from 2 to 6 people. They are completely furnished and
have a satellite TV, heating and air conditioning, an oven and
dishwasher, security video-phone and balcony. There is a parking
place for each apartment, a storage area for bikes, motorcycles
and surf boards, and a washing machine that is shared by all
guests. Affiliated restaurants, internet point and other fixed
facilities nearby.

How to get there:
The quickest way to get to Garda Trentino area by car or bus is by
taking the A22 (Modena-Brennero) Highway. The recommended exit is
South Rovereto - North Lake Garda , 17 km away from Riva; heading
south, it is possible to exit at Trento Center and then head along
the SS 45b for about 40 km towards Riva del Garda.
From Brescia you can get to Riva del Garda (80km) taking the West
Gardesana (SS 45 bis); the stretch between Gargnano and Riva is
very narrow and has many tunnels. The East Gardesana (SS 249) is
wider and runs more smoothly. However, during the high tourist
season, delays can occur due to traffic.
To get to Garda Trentino area by bus there are connecting services
direct from Trento and Rovereto (Atesina Bus); from Verona and
Desenzano (A.P.T.V. Bus); from Brescia and Milan (S.I.A. Bus) and
during the summer season (from mid June till the end of September)
also from Venice (A.P.T.V. Bus)

zu haben; die Apartments Bella Villa liegen nur wenige Schritte
vom See und ca. 500 m vom Seestrand entfernt. Alle Wohnungen (für
2 bis 6 Personen) sind mit den modernsten technischen Anlagen
ausgestattet und haben Satteliten-TV, Heizung und Klimaanlage,
Ofen und Geschirrspüler, Video-Gegensprechanlage und einen Balkon.
Zu den Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen der Apartments Bella Villa

Anreise:
Wer in Auto oder Bus anreisen möchte, erreicht das Garda Trentino
am schnellsten über die Autobahn A22 (Modena - Brennero) Ausfahrt
Rovereto Sud- Lago di Garda Nord, nach Riva 17 km; vom Norden her
kommend können Sie auch die Ausfahrt Trento Centro nehmen und über
die SS 45b nach Riva del Garda ca 40 km weiterfahren.
Von Brescia her erreichen Sie Riva del Garda (80 km) über die
westliche Gardesana (SS 45 bis); die Straße zwischen Gargnano und
Riva ist etwas eng und hat viele Tunnels. Die östliche Gardesana
(SS 249) ist breiter, während der touristischen Saison kann öfters
zähließender Verkehr auftreten.
Mit dem Linienbus - Direktverbindung erreichen Sie das Garda
Trentino von Trento und Rovereto (Autobus Atesina) aus; von Verona
und Desenzano (Autobus A.P.T.V.) aus; von Brescia und Milano
